Your information states you open till half 12 on a Friday so you can call me and tell me off for putting an order in at 11.05pm as you close at half 11 not half 12 or you could not accept the order or another idea would just be to put the correct time on there in the first place instead of ringing up on a power trip telling a customer off its your business nobody else apart from you sets times and prices just like the chicken in a bun which is still free maybe be a bit more proactive not reactive .
